M-F 4-7 2.50 pints/wells, 3.00 wine and M-Thurs 4-7 1/2 off appetizers

Why is it "The People's Pub"?

Because the owners are communists planning a regime change within capitalist America.

What's your pet peeve?

People who put me in a position where I have to cut them off.

What's your favorite part about working here?

It's pretty relaxed and I get to take time off to do theatre.

What the hell is "Landjager"?

A German Slim Jim, but better.

What are those little bottles wrapped in paper sitting in that plastic holder?

Underberg. It's suppose to make you feel "bright and alert after a good meal". It's marketed as a digestive but it contains 40% alcohol.

Do you get a lot of Germans in here?

Yeah, there's a German there!

Do people speak German here?

Yeah, on Wednesdays we have German conversation night.

What do you have for food?

Good, hearty German food like bratwursts that's put a few pounds on everybody who works here. We've got a good cook!
